This Privacy Policy explains how Pluni collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app. Pluni is designed for flower enthusiasts to organize plant records, save photos, and manage personal flower collections. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and transparently, and we only process data as needed to provide and improve the app’s core features.
We do not sell your personal information or your user content. We do not share your flower records, photos, or other user-generated content with third parties for their own marketing or business purposes. If we use service providers to help operate the app, they are bound by contractual obligations to protect information and may only process it on our instructions and for the limited purposes required to support Pluni.
When Pluni uses AI-assisted features, the processing is performed on our internal servers only. We do not send your content to third-party AI providers. Uploaded content is processed only to deliver the requested feature and is deleted after processing is complete. We do not use your data to train AI models, improve external model providers, or build datasets for third-party use.
Your information may be processed and stored in different countries or regions depending on where our infrastructure and service providers operate. This means your data may be transferred across borders to support app functionality, security, backup, and maintenance. When such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to apply appropriate safeguards designed to protect your information.
Pluni is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that a user under 17 has provided personal data, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of Pluni after an updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised terms.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Uploaded content is deleted after processing is completed. Generated results may be stored in your history so you can review them later, and you may delete them at any time. Crash logs are retained for up to 12 months. Support messages are retained for up to 6 months. Temporary processing data is deleted as soon as the requested operation is finished.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, secure hosting practices, and limited administrative access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
We use information only to provide, maintain, and improve Pluni’s features, such as flower cataloging, photo storage, record management, and support. We do not use your information for AI training, advertising, profiling, or selling. We also do not use user content for targeted marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.
Pluni does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification. We do not create face templates, extract biometric identifiers, or analyze face data for identity verification or tracking. If a photo is processed as part of an app feature, it is used only for the requested functionality and is deleted after processing is complete.
